How can I prepare for a Rajasthan trip?

     First of fall, How can I prepare for Rajasthan trip? Tourists should know something about Rajasthan, they should know which type of thing to do in a journey or experience they want. Like historical or adventurous.

How can I prepare for Rajasthan trip?

  • Short – list destinations

The very first and most important thing is that you should decide all the places where you want to explore on your trip. In Rajasthan, there are a lot of places to visit. You will short list all of them. There are some places given below which makes the tourist helpful:-

  • Jaipur 

     Jaipur is the epicenter for any Rajasthan adventure. Travelers, who love history, Jaipur is the melting point for them. Two days are more than enough to cover all the major spots like Amer fort, Jal mahal, City palace and experiences Hot Air Balloon ride.

  • Udaipur

The city is famous for romance , mostly newlyweds came here for their honeymoon. It is famous for artificial lakes, water palace resorts, etc. Time span should be 2 or 3 days. There are so many places around it which you can also visit like Kumbhalgarh, Ranakpur or Chittorgarh.

  • Jaisalmer

It is basically known for its desert camps. Here tourists can experience camel safari and tent stay also. Time span is one and a half days. Places are Patwon ki haveli, Jaisalmer fort, etc.

In general, approximately 8-12 days are required for taking Rajasthan tour. If you want a short trip only for three days then you should stay in Jaipur and explore the city and local village area nearby called Rusirani. If you want to explore for five days then you should go with Udaipur to Jodhpur road trip. If someone is willing to invest more time, then the traveler should take the packages in which they will experience better.

Once you have finalized your destination where you want to travel. Then it’s time to choose how you would like to travel. There are three options which you can choose- Airways, Railways, Roadways.

Airways 

The major cities of Rajasthan are connected with airlines. In the state, there are majorly three airports, which are in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur.

Roadways 

There is a large network of national and state highways. The condition of the highways are always in top- notch condition. There are so many luxury buses they are also heavy in cost. There is also another option which is quite budget friendly, you can take state government buses that connect almost every city of the state. Decide what fits your pocket.

 

Railways 

Another simple way to travel is via train. Every famous city and town of the state is well connected by rail services.

Jaipur and Kota are those railway stations that connect them to major cities of the country.

Hotel booking is the most important aspect of the whole planning. In the peak time of season, bookings are done in the start month before the date of travel. There are so many ways to increase your experience with some unique lodging in Rajasthan:-
